MFCOM What? Yeah, not for everybody but a good way to learn the ins and outs of how your farm works. Here is a great powershell example on how to use the very powerfull citrix mfcom to attach to your farm, enumerate users and their session state and then reset any disconnected sessions.
On the flip side, one would perhaps be inclined to say. “Doh, what about setting a local group policy, or even better how about group policy?” Well, most of us do like to configure some type of policy, either locally or from a domain perspective. But I would also say – why not also have a little fun with some powershell? Programmatically, you can kick out users in a disconnected state – what’s cooler than that? Seriously?
If this script isn’t power than you may have to be one of the many that hit this site, grab a script or two, and then bounce in less than 10 seconds.
Update... So people are looking at these examples! I'm impressed.

| jpmorgan chase & co. | 00:06:19 | Not a bad term to be searching for "citrix and mfcom powershell". This seems to be somewhat popular around here as people are updating their farms from 4.5 - to xenapp 5 and even 6. |
