citrix prnadmin.dll export printer settings

I categorized the following vbscript under citrix specifically because we don’t have a server only related category yet. And since because all citrix admins have been plagued with printing issues, this script is rightfully deserving of its place. Although I have stated “windows server 2003” resource kit – this script also works on the new windows 2008 platform.

The following example allows citrix admins to export printer settings to a .dat file and requires prnadmin.dll from the windows 2003 resource kit and must be registered prior to running the vbscript.

Citrix | Windows past script from window below and name exportprintersettings.vbs to run, either double click on the file or type in cscript exportprintersettings.vbs from command line.
