Things appear to be a little slow around here so we figured it'd be a good time to take a stab at the new citrix product (Dazzle). Although the name of this application does not strike a friendly cord, here we go. Bare in mind, we still need to install the feature pack 2 install, as well as update our license server. Anyway - lets take a look at the reciever.

1. Downloaded the reciever 1.1 for windows (citrix website)

   • OS - Windows 7 (x64)

   • No x64 client available, install default was "Program Files (x86)

2. Citrix Receiver - Preferences

   • General - Only set up a connection when i request one (selected)

   • Updates - Check for updates but let me choose whether to install them (greyed out, no options)

   • 

   • Advanced Settings

     •  Network Settings

       • Access Gateway (default)

       • Proxy Server (default)

   • 

   •  Advanced Settings

     • User Settings

       • Show advanced reciever menu items (not checked)

       • Show Reciever icon in notification ares (checked)

       • Always prompt to close active applications on Reciever exit (checked)

   •
